Rear Heater on 1995 Suburban LT
I have a 1995 Suburban with rear A/C. Over the summer the rear A/C was re-done, so I had to disconnect the hoses, for the rear evaporator, and the rear heater core. After the system was flushed I put everything back together, and the A/C worked fine, and this was in 100+ degree weather, the only problem was that now the heater didn't work. A few weeks ago I checked the heater hose to the rear core, and there was hot water going to it, so then we found out that the bavel which shifts the air between the heater core, and the evaporator wasn't turning. After fixing the bavel now warm air was starting to flow into the car, but when I put back all of the moldings together I found out that the air coming from the top vents in the back was still fairly cool, and only the footwell vent had warm air coming out of it.
Has anyone had this problem before where the heat only comes from the lower vents, and not the upper vents?
Thanks!!
