aftermarket parts and an h22a

i have a 96 honda accord ex and i am thinking of doing an engine swap to an h22a. i hav eone question though. will my after market parts (AEM CAI, cat-back exhaust, highflow cat) all fit on the new engine? or willl i hav eto buy new parts? anyone have any advice?

I think the only part that needs some modifications done is the cat or the header. The AEM CAI and cat-back should be fine.
