Brighten the little side lights?

Anyone ever replace the bulbs in the light that is above the turn signal light? Its a little white bulb that is really whimpy.. I havent heard of anyone putting a brighter bulb in that thing but it would be really cool to change.
The tough part is GETTING to that bulb. I putzed around and found it relatively impossible to change that sucka. Unless I am overlooking the obvious.

Can someone help shed some light on this....

If I remember correctly, just pop the wire clamp, twist the bulb and pull back. I had both mine burned out and it took a few minutes to replace 'em.

If you have a later model, maye there is a change with the new light housings.

Yeah, the 2002+ are a bitch. Best approach I can think of is pull the fender liner back and go at it that way.

Re: Brighten the little side lights?

Just be careful about how bright you go. Too much and you might melt things, not to mention corner lights with bright bulbs tend to really tick off other drivers!
