Use the search feature at the above site and you can find anything you want for the protege's. There are several exhausts available and all have been talked about on that site.

Do you want a cat-back, axle-back, or full turbo-back??? If you want a turbo-back, you could get the IC from iON and they would probably cut you a deal for the turbo-back. They have the best exhaust system available for the msp, it replaces every exhaust component and bolts directly to the turbo. They also have the best FMIC available today, IMHO. Talk to Jack at iON, their website is under construction but you can email him and he will get in touch with you. http://www.ionperformance.com/ You could also try sending him a private message on msprotege.com, his user name is iONperformance.

Re: Exhaust Systems for MSP

Axle-back and cat-back systems won't gain you much on the msp because it has 2 very restrictive cats, and it comes with a decent RacingBeat cat-back. A full turbo-back will replace the entire exhaust, so you will see a signifigant gain when you remove the cat section.

I would guess that a good cat/axle-back system would net you about 5hp and a good turbo-back would be around 15hp. If you increase the boost though, a full turbo-back could gain upwards of 25-30hp.

Cat/axle-back systems are around 300$, and turbo-back systems are about 1000$. Those are just general ranges though, you can get options on the iON turbo-back like a carbon fiber rear section, a interchangeable race-pipe/cat section, and thermal coating. If you get all of the options, their system is around 1300$.
