You want to run 20 pounds of boost, and a 150 shot of nitrous on your prelude with a V-AFC, a missing link, 720 CC injectors and your stock fuel pump. Are you on fucking crack or is this supposed to be some kind of a dumb joke?

Re: info on h22a buildup for high boost

maybe this is just me but i have heard and read quit a bit of stuff about how how boost sucks for the h22. Due to the larger bore less head gasket is present between cylinders and under high boost this small area can fail, resulting in the utmost of unfun.

Are you getting a new motor or something. Why are you in such a rush to kill your engine. 20psi on almost all stock internals...on a h22a... you're crazy. But oh well do what you will, its your engine. Do a search there are plenty of posts that will help you with your question.

He said he was building it. Pistons, rods, and a sleeved block (especially for an h22a) is sufficient to run 20 psi. Yes you are missing a high flow fuel pump off the list. You need to run at least an 255lph pump. Also as stated before, ditch the missing link and AFC setup. That is just fine for low boost, but you won't get far with 20psi on a AFC hack.

I assume you are referring to a block guard. He states he wants to run 15-20 psi, not 10 psi. Everyone that I know that has had a block guard has had cooling problems. If you are going to boost 20 psi, you can't go cheap on it. That is how motors get blown.
