Question Questions about HLJ..

I have never ordered from Hobby Link Japan and I'm wondering if it's safe or reliable? And I was wondering how most of you pay for your models..

when I order stuff it takes awhile but to me its cheap and reliable, and also my LHSs are expensive as hell.

Re: Questions about HLJ..

HLJ can be trusted. they are too big of a business to screw you over. just make sure you do not add items to your order, otherwise it will fk up and send you more than one parcel!

Everyone pays by credit card in some form or another.

I have been ordering from HLJ for about two years now and have never had a problem with them. Delivery time to Australia averages about 12 days from shipping date using SAL. I mostly pay by Credit Card but have used PayPal once or twice. I usually have at least three or four kits sent on each order so postage charges are low per kit (around 2000 yen for four kits). I highly recommend them.

Does anyone here have experience with shipping costs/tax when HLJ sends to Belgium?

ok, here is my history with HLJ, kind of my own bad luck:

1st: well, nice packaging, all are shrink-wrapped
2nd: seperate into 2 shipment
3rd: " "
4th: poor packaging, poor ordering inside the parcel, missing 2 items, kits and rims are badly compacted
5th (**it is a replacement): parcel has been shipped by HLJ for 20 days already, still nothing received. It usually won't take more than 10 days. Now I have to wait for 60days (since it is sent by SAL) to claim for a reorder (that will be another 30days),

Here is how my parcel being handled, trust me or not, the contents are much worst than the exterior:
