New Short Shifter!!!

I ordered a short throw shifter from landspeedracing. It is LSR brand, and has 2 bends and all the hardware. I thought they only had 1 bend shifters until I called. I got this guy Nathan, he was a big help. He told me about the 2 bends, lifetime warranty, bushing kit, etc. I got the whole kit-and-kabootle for only 74 bucks shipped!!

I really want to know if anyone has any experience with LSR shifters. I heard through the rice-rumor-mill that they won't clear my exhaust. I asked Nathan and he told me it will, and if there is any problems, to send it back as long as it isn't damaged of course. I've never installed on of these either, so I'll run a search to see if someone asked how to do that already. If it hasn't been asked, maybe you all could offer some tips. Thanks

Nobu

Do you have a picture of their short shifter? Can you also write up a quick review on it?

Sorry, no pics. I don't know how to upload(?) and LSR doesn't have pics on their website even! I'll try to get you pics as soon as the part comes in. And you'll definitely be getting a full review. Thanks,

Nobu

Re: New Short Shifter!!!

Sons of bitches!!!! They (LSR) sent me the wrong shit. They sent a blue shifter instead of a silver one, and NO bushings. There was no invoice with the order either. I sent them an email today, hopefully they straighten this out. It was my first time dealing with them. My brother-in-law had some issues with them though. I know I've never had any beef like this with SUMMIT. Those are my folks. We'll see how this works out,for the better I hope. LSR has some nice shit, and some nice prices. If it doesn't work out, maybe I'll be exclusive w/ SUMMIT. They've always been on top of this type of thing. Hopefully this thread isn't dead by the time they fix it. I'm pissed enough having my excitement shot down by this little mishap. Holler back
Nobu
