Help!, Is this right?

Ok, so I'm pretty poor and all. And theres a guy by my house selling a 1989 Sentra Xe, it's a 2 door hatchback pretty cheap. Did Nissan make the hb Sentra in 89' or does the guy have the wrong year? Cause I have looked and haven't seen any 89' hb Sentra's, only 88' and earlier. Cause 90 hp is much better then 70.

Does anyone know if this car has any potential or not? As long as I can get it quick enough to dust my friends stock Oz Lancer I'll be quite happy

Heya, I'd hold off and save some cash for an older SR20DE Sentra. That engine has a lot of potential. As far as taking Civics, maybe you'd be able to take a 1.6 stock Civic after upgrading the car, but it's so damn old I'd rather look into a car with an SR20DE engine.
