Question Any suggestions on good quality Headlights/?

I have a 99 Accord Coupe. I need some new headlights and I wanted the Halo's first but I'm hearing alot of bad things about the visibility on the Halo's. Any suggestions on what I should get ?

Tis true. Visibility with halos sucks big time. I had halos (pictured below) and couldn't see a thing. I thought it was the weakness of the H1 bulbs, so I bought some PIAA. I still couldn't see well (better though) so I went another step up and got an HID kit. Installed the HID and I STILL couldn't see!!! For that reason, I now have OEM style black housing headlights on my car. I bought some 9006 size HID bulbs and now I light up the road like a goddamn spotlight! I had to aim the beam down some because everybody was flashing me to turn my high beams off!

All of that to say, Halos suck. Well really, projectors suck, and the only halos I've ever seen were on shitty projectors. If you are adventurous, you can get the halos then go to a scrap yard and take some quality HID projectors off a BMW or Audi and install them with the halos. There are some DIY threads for that on AF. I would have tried it, but I am to electricians what Shaq is to rapping: pitiful

Those actually look pretty pimp IMO. But the key word there is LOOK. To me projectors best function is on a show car. Do those have a halo or no? Quality of aftermarket projectors range from "just decent enough" down to "so shitty that I don't stay out after dark" With that cost of only $151 I would be weary. Especially since they are a new design. They even had a warning that the intake system would have to be modified if you wanted to put those lights on a V6 Accord. Buyer beware!!!
