I can't really help you, but why do you want auto if swapping a B18C5?

One more thing, converting auto to manual is not worth the time/money, IMO. Sell car, buy a manual then do a swap.

getting an auto tranny for c5 would be a waste of money.

edit- getting a c5 would be a waste of money, gsr with the cash you saved instead of buying a c5 would be so much better.

Swap it to stick. The only prior mechanical knowledge I had was doing my suspension and brakes. The only part that sucks is gathering all the parts and every last little bolt and cover. Be prepared for some frustration. Oh, and I also dont know how to drive stick (learning on my friends Saturn)...finished my car this morning after it had been snowing for 2 hours...now the roads are a slush puddle. I'll be posting a how to soon that explains the conversion in more detail then the link in the FAQ at the top of the page.

well having a engine that makes all its hp in the upper rpm range and not being able to be use its power because of the auto tranny which cant rev that high would be a waste. c5 needs to be in the upper rpms to make power. why do you think the c5 never had an auto version .

also i honestly dont think that paying around 5000 for the swap would be worth it when you can do a gsr swap for 3000 or a b20 for even cheaper than that and buy some decent cams or turbo charge it all for the same price as the c5.

stock the c5 is good but why not build a cheaper b series engine better than the c5?
