Question Front Grille

Does anybody know how to put the front grille on a '01 X. I had to take mine off to put a new horn on (only because I didn't have an extension for my socket). Now I can't get the bastard back on. I tried to put it back on the way I took it off, but it just ain't working. I'm ready to throw this f*&^%$g thing through something. So Fustrating!! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Front Grille

Remove all the clips from the body and insert them into the grille. The grille will then pretty much snap right back on. Don't even bother trying to do it with the clips still on the vehicle.

I never even thought about doing that. that makes to much sense. I'll have to do it after today, seeing how were are getting dumped with a bunch of snow again. Thanks Brent.

Re: Front Grille

I find getting to all the clips to remove the grille in the first place to be a pain in the ass. I left the most troublesome three clips out when I put mine back on, I figured there would come a time I'd have to remove it again. I've done so twice since, and thanked myself each time.
