Ignition Problems w/95 Land Rover...HELP!

We have a 95 Land Rover...all of the sudden the car will turn over when started but the engine won't catch.

living in michigan and it rained last night...don't know if that would have any affect on the ignition of the car...there was no forewarning to this...car runs fine, all of the sudden this morning, engine won't catch...

please advise
