Unhappy - help - z6 head on zc block - help -

I'm tryin' to do a mini-me swap on my car ('89 civic STD). Anyway, the only part I'm havin' problems with is the vtec wiring.. Since I'm usin' a zc ECU, I need some really good, step-by-step instructions on how to wire this thing up. All over the net, there's info on how to wire, but the way they explain it, you would have to have doen this before it least once before.. I'm a newbie at this, so I need it broken down to me.
