No, buy one for a 90-93 integra. Non abs preferable but if you can onyl get the abs axle just knock the abs ring off of it.

Sounds like it could be the other axle...its why I replace both when I replace them on my daily drivers

Re: 90 crx W/b16 axle question

When did axles cause "swaying from side to side"?

I think that might be a separate issue, aside from your axles... for the axles, you should figure out what axles you need for the trans that you have and the hubs that you have, then swap them both out... since the axle you bought was probably refurbished... that would mean that there is a possibility that it's just a "not so good" one. Or, the other axle could be beat too... either way, change them both out.

You can even RMA (return) the one you just bought, as long as you can make it look like you never used it, or it wouldn't fit.

Re: 90 crx W/b16 axle question

Dude my pass side axle is shot and my car sways side to side. Only at low speed though, like if im rolling up to a light or cruising at 10 mph or less the whole front end will shift left to right..mostly because of the horrible balloon-for-sidewall tires I have right now.

Re: 90 crx W/b16 axle question

I can honestly say I've never had that happen... the swaying thing... and I've borked alot of axles in alot of diff cars... lol.

I never use balloon-for-sidewall tires tho... always hardwalls, and try to always have them Z rated, if I can find something in my size. If not, whatever sears has, for the most part.

Kumho's seem to be pretty reliable, for as many of them as I've had, and the price I pay for them... (usually around $100 each from Sear's, and they come w/ up to 60k mile warranty on them.)

Re: 90 crx W/b16 axle question

Well they are just temporary, but I swear you can put 45 psi in them and they still look low, thats how floppy the sidewalls are.

Re: 90 crx W/b16 axle question

Omfg lol... that can't be good for cornering performance... I prefer tight/stiff sidewalls, even for daily driving. I don't really care if I can feel every bump in the road... my suspension is usually stiff as hell anyway.
