worried about high mileage

I'm in the look out for a Tahoe of 2001. I have found some with 41k al the way to 61k. If I decide to go with the high mileage ones, should I worry about anything going wrong later on? Any comon problems? Do 4x4 ones have more problems? any recalls on this model year I need to ask? Just trying to cover all my bases before I buy.
TIA
