GMC 2wd 2000 Sierra reg. cab, 5.3 V8
I have stock tires on my truck with a 6 Lug rim. what is the difference in a 8 Lug rim. will it work if i wanted to put 265/75/R16 Duelers A/T with 8 Lug Eagle rims??? Can i just switch the tires and rims out or will i have to switch something else b/c of the 8 lug thing??? thanks Grant. |

You would need to stay with a 6-lug wheel. The 8-lug wheels will not fit on your hubs. That tire size is not correct for a 16" either. It should be a 265/70-16. You can see a full line of wheels that actually fit your truck on our website:
They will all be the correct lug pattern for your hubs as well as the correct offsets that fit without rubbing.
