Can you keep your A/C with a B20 swap, I think that's the swap I'm going to get and throw a turbo kit on it. BUT I HAVE TO HAVE A/C!!!!! I know some turbo kits disable the A/C but you see, I'm in Texas and this is my daily driver, so you should understand my situtation. I know with the H22 you have to toss the AC.
Also, would the B20 have the same understeer/oversteer problems that comes with swapping a H22? FnkDrSpok

must have ac? bah i lived in phoenix for 2 years with no ac...now im living in north carolina with no ac...learn to live without it. saves on weight too! also its hard to tell what kinda #'s u be lookin at...being every motor isnt the same. every driver doesnt drive the same. there are way too many variables to consider on that. just do your best and keep tuning. practice makes better(never perfect)

also if any one has a b20b in there car and has done any mods let me know how it works out. |

stock b20 intake manifold won't clear the hoodline (among other things) watchout for that

oh yeah, forgot about that. The B20 has a "giraffe" intake manifold. You best bet is to switch to an LS intake manifold.

Re: b20b non-vtec
I have the b20b in my 91 si and i like it....i had a ls intake manifold and a b16a tranny but tranny didnt hold...got an ls tranny and gears are much better...b20b is very tourqey which makes up for the low horse power i had to buy slicks cuz i could stop the wheels from spinning in 1st or 2nd...i got an stage 2 act clutch and aem intake...i plan on getting some pics up soon so e-mail me for some...b16 head is coming soon too.
