dirty fuel tan

what can i do to clean it ?
it does'nt seem to come out easaly...
isn't their some sort of aditive that i could add to my tank ? like an injector cleaner ?
it's a 89 4door civic

If the fuel tank is very dirty/rusty your best off replacing the tank. You could also remove & flush the tank, you dont want all that shit in your fuel system.
