Please help me with a ABS light problem.

today I start my 1999 4wd truck up and it starts fine but I hear a motor running after it starts, I trace it to the module next to the transfer case with the brake lines running in it, then I turn the truck off, and the motor keeps running, I go in the electrical center under hood and pull the 60 amp fuse out for abs and it turns off, drove the truck and it is fine, soon as I put this fuse back in the motor runs and keeps running after truck is turned off, Is there a relay for this motor? Help please.

Looks like bad abs module.

I found the circuit solutions site and for 100.00 they fix it. Thanks.
