Angry cigarette lighter

my cigarette lighters dont work ,checked fuse still no luck

i dont smoke ,but i need to charge my cell phone,radar detector etc,got any solutions?my engine whistles after about a minute after start up,cant pinpoint it ,but it is near the serp belt area.

Do the cig lighters in the rear doors work? If not, it could be a problem in the body control module. Serp belt related noises are covered in previous threads.

More than likely if one ciggy lighter works, the other simply got disconnected if work was done on the dash area...hey it happened to me.
