Has anyone gotten a paint job from Earl SCheib or any other place? I'm talking about the cheap deals they have for a whole paint job for only $199-$499 depending on options. I just wanted to know if they were any good and do they really only 3 months like ppl say. I want to get a paint job that doesnt cost so much, but don't wanna spend $300 for only 3 months. The paint does last longer with care, right? Pls help me out thanks!

Re: Paint job!
If you saw an Earl Scheib paint job, you'd know it. Looks like you put house paint on with a brush. Take it to a body shop for paint. You get what you pay for.

Re: Paint job!
it depends, if it was a car ud cherish and is really picky then dont go for it. i had a friend who went to ES paid about 3bills and u can still see little bubbles on it. I mean it wouldn't be ok if the old paint was much better, unless it was a beater like my 86 celica gt-s. The paint's dead on it, and n e paint job on it would make it look better than it does now, so yea, thats my reason for ES.
