Anyone With Neon wiring experience????

I jsut recently bought a Optx 15" neon accent tube with a music interface and quad socket also by Optx i want to hard wire them into my cars electrical system but it say i need a source with a 12 volt fuse i checked my fuse panel and all of them are 32 volt fuses and i am completly frustrated if anyone can tell me how to wire them or give me a web site that has instructions it would be greatly appreciated
