2000 posts later...
well guys...for my 2,000th post, i thought i'd inform everyone.
soon i'll be taking a leave of ATLEAST 2 months. i'll be leaving AF for the other AF (air force). learned a lot on here, and hopefully have helped quite a few ppl out. i'll still be around, another person on here (thenotoriousmogg), is only one of many ppl on AF who still post, but i'll be cutting way back. so, i thought i'd add a few 2,000 things... 2000 hp=1,491,399.74 Watts The 2000 scare...well that wasn't much of a scare afterwards was it? BUT in 2000, they released the S2000, which to this day still produces the most power from a N/A motor PER liter in the WORLD (in stock form.) Our great integras only weigh around 500-650something lbs more than 2000 lbs... 2000 lbs=1 ton. http://www.musclecarcalendar.com/inland_3.htm that is a link to a 1964 Plymouth Savoy 535 Blown Hemi pushing 1750-2000 hp (insane) In one day of driving around, u'd most likely drive past 2,000 new ppl that u've never met before in ur life, or that u'll ever meet. $2000 could buy approximately 1840 items from Wendy's $.99 menu (depending on sales taxes). If u were to take out a $250,000 loan (to purchase that highend car u've always had ur eye on) at 9% for 48 months, ur monthly payments would be approx. $6,670.19. well...thas bout all i could think of. feel free to add some 2000 facts or anything of the sort...

Hey, at the rate you're going you should hit atleast 2500 by the time you leave, maybe even 3000 if you really get your opinions and input out there.

Going to the winter basic instead of the summer one huh. Recruits get it easy during the winter recruit training cycles. You should experience summer basic instead. You'll get fully for what you sign up for. "Beat the heat drill seargeant, beat the heat!" Anyways Good Luck and have fun, hehe.

All I gotta say is good luck. Lackland sucks ass and I hope that I never see that shit hole again. Remeber that reporting statement. If you don't you'll get your ass pounded. Oh and remember to smile when you walk by the "Snake Pit". (it was a joke so don't you dare smile) Enjoy!!!

thx for the comments, an super, the reason why winter is because thats when they have an openning for me to leave. i can't work my job for much longer, so it'll work out perfectly. as for the car loan, that was w/ a $2000 down payment...jus reread that, an it doesn't make sense... 94, isn't that car sick?

really depends on if 94teg decides he wants it or not. if he doesn't, i'll keep it an jus rebuild it from the bottom up.

I am getting a 94 rs sedan in a couple hours, its lowered with 16's, I/E, tint, viper alarm, its pretty ince, I am gonna have that til I leave and for a while when i get back, and I am gonna maybe build that one up, I am just getting it too cheap to not do it. but I am most likely going to trade it in for a RSX-S. that or the TSX. sorry.
Ill get back to you before december though to give you a for sure answer.

well, I was impressed, it is nice, and I love when it hits vtec in first, pulls nice. I called insurance today and full coverage on an 04 TSX 6 speed w/ navi. would run me 380/month full coverage w 1k ded. and 450/month wiht 500 ded. :22yikes:
I didnt get a quote for it but seing as the RSX isnt much cheaper fully loaded and is a more sporty car, would probably be more. man if I oculd have only obeyed the law in my younger days! ![]() so an older teg might be the trick, but I mgiht just build the one I got since my power should overcome the added weight and make it quick enough for me. I might se how much I could sell it for when i get back, just to see, cuz I got a 94 LS sedan w/o roof, 16" einkis, 2 good nitto NT450's, 2 BALD as bald can be rear tires, strut bar, INJEN SRI, axle back flowmaster setup(sounds good though IMO) clear lights(debating on keping them on), coilovers, pioneer organic el 6500 CD, pioneer 6x9's and 5 1/4's, viper alarm, tint, WW front lip(for a couple hours at least ) 98k miles for 5300 bucks. pretty cheap I think.
