tokico or kyb agx?
so, what's better
tokico illuminas. kyb agx. what i've heard: KYB AGX: lowest approx $400 (haven't searched too hard) cheaper. they won't last as long. warranty void if you go lower then 1.5" i've heard a good deal of stories of them blowing up after 6 months, or approx 10k. also...KYB AGX's are only made for the front, correct? i've seen sites that sell them in a set of 4 (for $400)...what do they use for the two rears? Illumina lowest: $355 minor crap. hard to adjust rear shocks. setting #5 will make your body hurt cause it's so stiff. void warranty when lowering over 2"? haven't heard anything about them blowing up quickly... what about other non-adjustable's? KYB GR-2's? Tokico Blue's Tokico HP's i'm going to put on Neuspeed Race Springs (2" drop) i'm confident that anything i get will provide a pretty decent ride. i just don't want something that's going to blow up on me after a few years...or something that's gonna cost me an arm and leg (koni). what would you guys suggestion? thanks, i appreciate it. tifish.

Unfortunately, I've learned that when it comes to crap like that, it's better to pay an arm and a leg now, than only an arm now and then(unexpectedly) both legs later... if you know what I mean. Plus the Koni Sports, from what I hear, are also adjustable up to two inches I believe.

how long could i expect tokico illuminas to last?
i don't plan on running them as tight as they will go. . cause $500 is a lot of money to spend on shocks. just to make my car lower, and go over bumps and around corners better. . wow. i already have regrets before i've even spent money. lol

Dont bother with GR-2, they are an OEM replacement shock/strut. Go with Koni's or go with the good stuff, a real coilover kit. Expect to spend at least $800 for a good/basic set-up not including the camber kit. If your gonna be cheap with your suspension, DONT BOTHER. Your gonna end doing it over again.
