4G Hatch Not Starting Correctly....NEED HELP

OK Heres the deal....on a hot start.....my 4G Doesnt start....I get Power....but it does not crank....I dont even get a clicking from the starter.....I just get nothing. I used to get a code 16.....I replaced the main relay....and Im still having the same problems I did before....does anyone have any tips.....It sounds electrical to me....but who knows.....I just need it to be faithful for another few weeks....till the b-series goes in.

no its never on the verge of overheating.....I dont think its the starter either since it does not even engage....there is no clicking or cranking.
