Wouldn't the HID kit have instructions?

1) Test ballasts and bulbs
2) Mount ballast(s) in a clear area
3) Insert/fit bulbs and/or harness into headlight housing
4) Connect wires
5) Aim lights
6) Enjoy...

For the 5th Gen Accord the OEM wire that goes to the halogen bulb goes a wire (all supplied in the kit) that goes to a relay. The relay has a wire that goes tot he ballast and the ballast has a wire that connects to the HID bulb. There should be a picture diagram supplied with the kit. It might be Japanese though it but it ain't hard to figure out.
