|
Horrible noise in CRX
Hey, Just need some advice really guys, when I'm in the CRX i get a really weird noise, like you can hear a belt spinning on something but needs oiling or something, but when I push the clutch in it stops completely, the clutch is fine, ( meaning not slipping or anything ) do you think the clutch just needs adjusting?

are you sure it's a belt sound? generally when you get a sound and it goes away when you push in the clutch it is the throw-out bearing.
can you better describe the noise???

That would be plausable lisa. It just sounds like something in sync with the revolutions of the engine and sounds rough it is too hard to explain in words, but it could very well be throwout bearing. thankyou
