Hyundai Sister Companies
I was just wondering if Hyundai was a sister company to any other company, besides Kia. The reason I am wondering is, in a magazine article i was reading it stated this about the Tiburon...
3: Limited-slip differential Bet you didn't know this: The SE-R Spec-V's limited slip will fit. The six-speed gearbox in the Tiburon is the same one used by Nissan. Nissan part number 38411-8000 retails for $545 Or if they aren't sister companies, does Hyundai use any other parts from other companies? |

Hyundai is a stratigic partner with Daimler Chrysler, which inclides Mercedes Benz, Chrylser, Dodge, Jeep, Maybach (nice), Mitsubishi, Smart, Frieghtliner and a few others. They share factories and parts. Hyundai makes parts for Benz and Dodge, and Mistubishi makes parts for Hyundai and even Maybach. So if you look closely, like the struts that hold up the trunk door in the Santa Fe, they are German made.
I dont think Hyundai and Nissan are related. But if there were !!!!!
