pleeaaazzze help me!

please dont all beat me up at once but...
i jus recently bought a '92 integra ls. iam fully aware of the fact that it only has 140 hp 1.7 liters and one of the biggest downfalls, front wheel drive. i am also aware of the fact that a '94 integra pushes 160hp and a gsr 160 plus. i have about 5grand to spend. how can i make my car able 2 run with civic si's and later model integras and hondas??

you can learn how if you IM me at AIM:billab2ong...im not writing in this forum anymore...i figured i would answer all the last questions since im turbo certified now. 5k you will be killing Honda Si's and more worried about Vipers than some piece of shit stock honda. corvettes will be something that once owned you and now you compete with and beat most of the time.

Peter Gibbons: Yeah.
Joanna: Won't you get fired?
Peter Gibbons: I don't know. But I really don't like it and, uh, I'm not gonna go.
Joanna: So you're gonna quit?
Peter Gibbons: Uh-uh. Not really. I'm just gonna stop going.
Joanna: When did you decide all that?
Peter Gibbons: About an hour ago.
Joanna: So you're going to get another job?
Peter Gibbons: I don't think I'll like another job.
Joanna: Well what are you going to do about money? Bills?
Peter Gibbons: You know I never really liked paying bills, I don't think I'm going to do that either

ok well 1st the 94 up integras have 142hp and GSR's have 170. Now tpo beat a si all you need is a intake and exhaust. If you get the normal I/H/E then you will be able to take stock si's and stock 94+ integras. Then if you put in some cams and a 80hp shot of juice then you will be owning alot of faster cars ie: mustangs,z28's, wrx's etc etc. And all this can be done for around $1500.

dont downplay da ls!!!!

I have a GSR but i've seen some extremely quick ls' out on the road. I've seen some ls' take out some of the most primo cars on the road. The biggest trick that anyone can give you is to be the best driver possible. I've seen some kids rollin in Z28's who think they're baddass's of the world and then they miss a gear cause they cant drive and burn their engines to hell, meanwhile they're getting beat by cars they shouldnt be. so its not always the car actually most of the time its the driver. also if your lookin for the best gains remember that the ls has the higher compression ratio which makes it safe for more boost on turbos. But if your just lookin for small gains that will squeak you by little stock civic si's then go with the traditional I/H/E. But I like the idea of the Nitrous even though I dont use it. so to sum it up though just learn your car inside and out and be able to drive it well first.
