1993 Cadillac Deville Blower

I own a 1993 Cadillac Deville and the AC blower will not shut off when the ingnition key is turned off. I have disconnect the control module and it still runs. I can get the blower off the disconnecting the plug from the motor or pulling the 30 amp fuse in the fuse/relay center under the hood.

Can you tell me what could cause this?

Common problem. Blower module is shot. Alot of other GM's of the late 80's, early 90's use the same module. Check salvage yards before going to the dealer.
