Ridiculous Question

Not really practical, I'd imagine, but has anyone tried to jam one of the Accord V6 (J30A1?) engines into a del Sol? It seems like that'd be something interesting to see.

Look up Top Fuel del Sol. Has a 6cyl in the trunk. RWD.... fuckin awesome. I believe the Killer Bee Sol is the same idea, but you can't find info on it anywhere. It's not really practical to do it, mainly because you have to put it in the back. I would love to see a K20A swapped in, with a RWD conversion. (K20A = S2000 engine... ngah...) I've seen it done on a 93 civic hb, and the front end of a sol and a 92-95 civic are almost the same size, so that almost makes me think it could work.... hmm..

Cool. I'll definitely have to go look for that! Thanks!

I thought that K20A was the RSX engine...? Not something particularly practical for an RWD conversion, unless a lot of work and money was put into it. S2000 was F20C, wasn't it? That would be AWESOME to have an FR Sol based on the S2000 drivetrain... I wonder how much work would be involved for such a thing? Too bad I'm too poor to find out
