And about the holes in the hood/bonnet, they are all different shapes because he cut around the supports in the hood, don't wanna mess up the integrity of everything. See what I mean?

lol, a cattle guard is where there's a fence going along somewhere and then a road that goes through it, like this

they stick one of those cattle guards in place of the road where the fence would go so that cows/horses can't escape out of the fenced area.
