Street Machine Meet
I don't know if this is the right place for it or, ifi ts even been done. But anyway heres how I see it...if it has a american v8, and can lay down some rubber(if they were real) then post it.

Discontinued AMT/ERTL 1968 Ford GT 500 Shelby mustang. I just added the saleen rims, 10pt cage, and s/c'ed 5.0 engine. its a pos now needs work the body's in good condition but needs chassis and wheels i may trash it for parts.

where do you buy your models at? If its at a hobby shop then ask the owner about a 68' shelby gt500 amt/ertl kit they still have em up north i got mine for 20$...just ask em they might be able to get it.

actually, they were recently reproduced. I could buy another four of them right now if I wanted. I plan on building all three versions when I get enough cash.

Here's my 65 gto, the top can come off and on. Roof doesn't look right because I was too lazy to position it Didn't want to glue it down either.
   BTW I got this kit at 7 USD in a toy store. It was some AMT kit.
