Dome/Security lights blink or stay on

A year ago I had this problem and paid my dealer to replace the driver side door lock actuator. The problem is back. Could this item need to be replaced (I see I can buy one for about the 1/5 of what the dealer charger me) again or is it time to replace the door pins?

check your door switches, it sounds as though it is sticking, or is broken.
