Brackets needed for Body Kit?
Ok, i have the full Extreme body kit and my car is in the shop getting it put on. The dude is saying that he is gonna have to make some brackets to put it on, which will mean i will have to drive back from college to get my car.
Is this true? I haven't heard of it happening on anyone elses. Also, does the kit replace or cover the existing bumper?

As far as I know the kit replaces the front and back bumpers and the sideskirts just go on over your stock ones. You DO NOT need brackets for a body kit, I have helped put on a lot of kits and none of them required brackets. There is a bar you MIGHT have to cut but I can't think of the damn name for it now. Do it yourself or find another shop. I have never dealt with the extreme kit before, but I have never heard of brackets needed. What shop did you take it to?
