Im not understanding check out the pics....

look thats 2 yellow/white wires okay and the other are 2 red/blue wires wtf but the both com from the same set im not understanding

plus look what it says on the how to on 4th gen

So when you are finished connecting all the wires you should have the SMALL connector with THREE wires running to the corresponding wires from the other group of wires and TWO wires from the LARGE connector running to the corresponding wires on the other set of wires. If you don't understand this just look at the pictures and if you still need help just email [email protected] and I will try to help you best as I can.

u guys understand cuz i dont do they just go together the yellow/white and red/blue like usaully.. thats what i though but they come from the same set of wires.....confused

Please tell me you didn't cut those wires. All you had to do was use a pick and depin them and plug them into the other spot you want it to be in. Way easier than cutting and soldering.

I assume you are doing a cluster swap from 88-89 to 90-91 or vice versa. But you never said in your post so I really have no idea.

Well, when I talked to you on AIM last night, you were thinking that your speedo might be hosed on the new cluster, and I found that test for you, but you took off before I could e-mail you the pic, so here it is:
