torque
for some odd reason i cant remember what the torque settings are for the 10 mm bolts on the valve cover for civics with the d16y8 motor. any help would be appreciated, i usually dont make threads but i only do when i enquire a problem, that i cant remember the answer to. but for some odd reason the specs for these bolts have slipped my memory for some odd reason. please help an af vet out, i plan on stipping down my motor tomorrow and i need to know what these certain specs are. thank you. i feel dumb asking this but like i said the specs have slipped my mind.

Just go until they're tight, it's only a valve cover. 7-10lbs sounds about right.

ya i figured just go until they are tight. so i guess i will go with around 7 pounds of torque. thank you and i will post some pics after i am done with everything maybe.
