Turnbull Canyon Road
10 arial blue Do any people live in the Los Angeles Area? If anyone does, have you ever heard of/driven on Turnbull Canyon Road that links Hacienda Heights to Whittier? I must say, it's pretty awesome. I'm driving a 1994 ES300, and I raced/chased my friend whom drives a 1987 RX-7 up there yesterday afternoon. It's pretty fun. There are a lot of sharp turns and there are some residential areas. My ES300 handled it almost perfectly except for the times when I almost crashed when I was in a turn, my rear wheels ended up in the dirt on the shoulder, and I ended up sliding. Maybe some of us can go up there sometime and race.

I know the area well; I used to live in Whittier. Beautiful road. :coolguy:
I also recommend West Road in Whittier/La Habra, just east of Turnbull Canyon...  A nice little scenic drive...  I'll see what else I can remember...Be careful, though! :o |

I just went on my first drive of turnbull last thursday night after i went to irwindale for the races, it was awsome, i would love to get someone else that has a car thats fast enough to keep up with my srt-4 cuz the civic i followed wasnt doin shit... i wouldnt mind meetin someone up there for a few runs
