Carburetor cleanup...
Hey you guys i got an 85 prelude with dual carbs.
Its pretty old so i wanted to do a carb cleanup cause they are starting to get bad. Any tips on how to do this or should i take it to a shop that does caburetors? if i take it to a shop how much will it cost? |

You could use a spray carb cleaner for a half way decent job or have the professionally cleaned. I used to pay $125 for my (4) carbs off my 900rr. For a car I'm sure its more, never ran into before.

thanks man, i think my carbs are too old for the spray though, but ill give it a shot. If all else fails ill just got to the mechanic.
