100shot b20vtec
I was browsing importreview.com and I came across a dynograph of a crvtec(aka b20 w/ vtec head) with a 100shot of nitrous(see pic). As you can see on the dynograph it lists the mods the engine consists of, not to mention the 1/4 time!. The thing that shocks me is the high compression it is running. Im not too keen on nitrous set-ups but wouldnt you need to have sleeves, forged rods/pistons to handle such shots or does it just require serious tuning to run reliably?

Well it does have forged rods, pistons but it isnt sleeved. Perhaps I should've fully checked their site before I posted.

Probably just has a block guard. Its all about the tuning -
nitrous + compression = yummy! BUT... you need to have it tuned, you cant just bump compression, run 93-94 octane and hope you dont blow up.

11:1 compression isn't all that high for a street honda, thats about what you would expect from a nitrous motor though. And no, sleeving is not required for that much power, even though the B20 sleeves are weaker than crap.
