Question bout D series
Ok a friend of mine came over to put the caliper on my prelude (don't remember telling you all, but my brakes went out on me on the way home from work Tuesday) and he had a d15b2?? at his house collecting dust and he looked at my civic and said that maybe I could use it until I get all my parts for my B18B (which probably won't go in until Jan.-Feb). He was saying that the crankshaft or something of that nature was missing. So I guess my ques. is should/could I use that head or go ahead and get mines rebuilt. He's letting it go for $40.
Also purehonda.com is back up and running

A) purehonda sucks imo i wasnt one of the og's or anything, but i checked out the new site and all of the "og's" tell me that its no good and wont be nothin liek the old one so you syhould just tay shere cause its all good up iin hea.

As for the D15... yeah go ahead and get if... $40 is a hell of a deal. Then you'll have some other spare parts too, just laying around. As for melt... he said in some other post that he was faded pretty bad... so I'm guessing either he just can't see straight or one letter is looking like another... who knows...
