94 cav fuel pump

We just got a 94 cav from a relative and the car has had a history of fuel pump problems in the past. It appears that the fuel pump is starting to go out again. You can actually here the fuel pump. It sounds like it is trying to suck fuel, but runs fine. After the car is driven for a short time the car begins to stall out. You can start the car pretty easy, but when you put the car into gear it stalls again. If we let the car sit for about 10-15 minutes we are able to drive off again. Like I said before the car has had problems in the past with fuel pumps. I think it was being replaced almost every 3-4 months.
