question on '94 catalytic converter?
i would like to cut off the catalytic converter on my 94 s-10 with the 4.3l v-6 but i'm not sure if it will mess up the o2 sensor. i know there is a sensor in front... not sure if anythin is inside the catalytic converter that will mess up the engine or the o2 sensor. any help or ideas would be great. thanks.

getting caught without a catalytic converter can be a $10,000 fine and is a Federal offense.
aside from that, honeycomb cats arent as restrictive as the old bead type anyway. its best to just leave it alone. |

Besides the fine, you will be polluting the enviroment. In other words, you will not pass the emissions test.
