Unhappy 1989 Prix Rear Suspention

The rear suspention in my 1989 Grand Prix is very loud, it is very sqeaky. Extremely embaressing when your driving your friends and your car sounds like it is falling apart. I tried using different kind of lubricents but nothing seems to work. The suspention has these leafs that go to the center of the car and they mount to the chassis and thats where I think they are grinding on the chassis. It sounds awful and it seems every spray lubricent I put on it only lasts a day. I was thinking maybe try some greace but im not sure.. WHat do you guys think? Do they all do this?
