Well I can't see much damage due to the pic being so small, but that sucks.

Did he have insurance?

Sorry about the pic but I suck at photocropping but I'm posting another one here to see if you can see it better and at the time he didn't really produce any insurance, so the cop left it up to the courts to decide because according to his family (the cop called them) he had insurance but he had the policy in another vehicle at the time.

Here is another pic, I hope this one is better:

You are right about that. To top it off, we had just got paid and my wife said after the accident, "Now you're really going to kill me"

I said, "What, don't tell me" and she said, "I didn't get a chance to make the Insurance Payment today"

Man I went crazy for about 3 hours straight, I contacted my Insurance Company and wouldn't you believe that they said that they wouldn't cover me (All State) because I wasn't covered due to No Insurance Payment Received. I've been with them for over 14 years. (Made a note to self, drop All State)

I went Ballistic, so now I'm going to be out of 1,087 dollars (Cheapest Estimate) and I haven't spoken to my wife since then.

To top off all of this, when I got into the accident, the cop asked for my License and when he ran it, the Dumb @$$ computer had me in their system as my License Priviledges had been suspended in NC.

I said, What the Devil is going on here today? I asked him to run them again and he said the same thing. Anyway, I received a citation for that offense, which I will not be able to clear up until I go to court.

Bad things do happen in three's.

That is a great thing to have, I have everything else set up that way, except my Insurance, go figure.

Now, I won't even start up it being automatically drafted until I find me a new Insurance Company to fall up under.

Got any Ideas on who is better than (All State) or All Rape as I call them now.

dude man i' sorry to hear what happened.. this summer seems like a real bad one for the nissan family members. you are like the 6th person i heard that have had bad run ins with their beloved maximas or nissans.

P.S. in order not to worry about my insurance status being in jeopardy. i started paying off the whole premium amount on my credit card and i usually pay that off in a couple of months. depending on how much the premium is. mine is about $1100.00 for the year so i pay that off in 2 or 3 months and then i am worry free for the next 9 months.

good luck bro.

Thanks fellaz for all the support, I thought about paying the entire premium right up front but Insurance is so flaky because no matter what the rates always change on you.

They should'nt call it Insurance, they should call it "In Case Sh*t Happens"

The only time we should pay it is when Sh*t Happens.

Here's a pic of the other guy's car, I was already turning left and he had ran the light at more than 45 in a 30mph zone at night with no headlights on:
