Post Durango side door & tailgate lettering/emblems

I have a 1999 Dodge Durango and the chrome raised lettering on the side doors and rear hatchback is peeling and losing its chrome finish. I have heard that this happens occasionally and was wondering if anyone knows where a person can get NEW lettering, how much it may cost and how to remove & attach the new letters without damaging the paint. If anyone has any answers i would definately appreciate any help i can get on this matter. Thanks.

Go see the dealer for new letters. Custom colors are available. Use a hair dryer to remove the old ones.
