How to install hid?

how do i even install a HID kit it looks difficult with al the relays and shit i thought you plugged the old headlight socket into the ballast and the ballast into the new xenon, but it looks like theirs more to that, ignightors and shit? i thought new Gen hid dont got ignightors..

id appreciate any pics of before and after if you have any pics of how you did it too would be great!. or atleast a shot of the connections cus i dont know shit under that hood and i want to hook em up myself. thanks y0

all I did was hook up positive wire to the old positive wire and negative to negative. wasnt plug and play but splicing 2 wires is pretty damn easy.
