Instrument Cluster Replacement

I'm looking to switch out the stock instrument cluster (no tach, manual transmission 2.2L) on my 1996 Cavalier. I want to put in either an OEM cluster with tach, or an aftermarket replacement that's compatible. I don't like the way the pillar aftermarket add-ons look, that's why I'm going for the replacement cluster.

Question 1: This is going to require an addition sensor if I remember correctly, but I think the harness plug is the same so the replacement should fit right in, right?

Question 2: Anyone got a good web address on where I could find an instrument cluster like this, or aftermarket replacement?
