adjusting redline
hey i have my h22 swap in with the automatic tranny from an h22, the only problem is it shifts at the redline of the f22 still. how can i get it to shift at the redline of the h22? thanx for any help

are you using Accord's ECU?

when you got the engine some people sell it wth the ECU (many do ) and some don't (might wanna look in that) cause the swap is kinda not complete with out the ECU man it's like your missing out on the beauty of the H22 the top end power

no i got the ecu with it and the vtec kicks in at 5k like its supposed to but for some reason unless u hold it in gears and manual shift it, it wont go past 6200(which was the accord redline), i was thinking it could be a messed up ecu, but everything works fine except for that and it seems alittle weird that if it was messed up that it would happen to shift exactly where the f22 did.
