I don't know much about this subject, but IMO the best *sounding* swap would be a D16 SOHC 1.6L VTEC head onto the D15 SOHC 1.5L non-VTEC head. Should be a pretty direct bolt on, and once you get the VTEC wiring and everything, life should be good. That's the one that looks best on paper, but I have no idea about it in real life.

He's asking what exact head and block. Looks like you have the D15 block which I don't think would be best but use what you got because otherwise you'd be better off just getting a whole swap. Use a Y8 head because they're supposedly " better flowing " to alot of people I guess for the simple fact that a Y8 has a whole whopping 2 more hp than a Z6.
 So if you think like that get a Y8 head. The Y8 head is also newer. I'd personally use a Z6. Loved that little bastard.

why? not to be mean why waste that money if you dont wanna waste alot of money why dont you just get a b16? more petential and worth the money.
